Week 1 – Wakeup call – Master Key Master Mind Alliance

A complete shock to the system. If two years ago you had told me I would be attending a webinar at 20H00 on a Sunday night, which would only last one hour and in reality lasted two and then not being able to get to bed before 01H00 Monday morning I would have said you were joking. What a start to the week.

My first blog ever.

My hope in starting / joining the MKMMA is to see the old habits replaced by good habits and, as Og Mandino said, “I will form good habits and become their slave”. It is so good to see that there are building blocks we can start using.

If I have to choose one aspect so far that excites me as to the ongoing potential of MKMMA it is “playing it forward”. I believe this is the most empowering aspect of what we are embarking upon. It is as if the seeds of faith have been planted by the previous participants in the hope of the new crop (the current participants) of changed lives that are going to unfold bearing fruit, and as we flower and discover our true potential and play it forward by planting the next crop of hope seeds for a new generation changed lives.

The grasping of the difference between the conscious and subconscious minds and the realisation that the renewing of my mind is directly linked to replacing habits within by focusing on my definite major purpose, definiteness of purpose.

I watch and wait in anticipation and expectation to see the future external unfolding as I continue to work on the inside. I am dreaming with open eyes to see the new me going through the stages of worm to cocoon to beautiful butterfly, knowing that the butterfly was always in the worm. It is wise to heed the still small voice within that cautions me not to try and open the cocoon before its time but to patiently wait in anticipation for the butterfly to come forth at the right time.

    1. The analogy of the butterfly is that any outside influence will prevent it achieving its fill potential and may even result in death. This is so powerful especially when we are helping / encouraging others others
